Needs Assessment for 2024 Capital Fund Program

The NorthBridge Housing Solutions formerly North Little Rock Housing Authority will hold a virtual public hearing to receive comments and recommendations in conjunction on the Annual Plan for fiscal year 2024 and the five-year plan for fiscal years 2024-2028.

The PHA Plan (Plan) has been amended to include additional actions permitted by HUD in the conversion of public housing to alternative assisted or non-assisted housing including but not limited to: Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), Streamlined Voluntary Conversion, Demolition/Disposition, Section 18, Deminimis, or sale to market. The Plan has also been amended to reflect changes to the Section 9 Low-Income Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan, and the inclusion of the Relocation Plan for Public Housing.

Copies of the amended plan with all proposed amendments are available for review by appointment during the 45-day comment period at the NorthBridge Housing Solutions Central Office located at 4901 Fairway Avenue, Suite A, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116 and in the Housing Choice Voucher Office (Section 8) located at 2501 Willow Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114. The Plan is available for review during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. This is an excellent opportunity to hear the latest information and have your issues, questions, and concerns addressed. This meeting will also provide an opportunity for you to submit your suggestions and recommendations. Residents and groups have a right to submit written comments about the 5-Year/Annual Plan and disposition.

Your comments and responses will be submitted to HUD as part of the capital funds plan.
